Other than the events module, is there a module in CMS that allows admins to put a time stamp on links. Woodson County wants to put a time stamp on news releases so that they appear and disappear at given times. They're currently using the links module to post news releases, but want to be able to time stamp those.
Please let me know.

They can use the annoucements module without the title as a time-stamped links module. Check this out:
