Email, Contact Form, Sunflower District

Terri in the Sunflower District sent me this note:


Is there an email contact form to use for all emails for site viewsers
to easily contact staff in offices that is not a mail to form? Since
"mail to" is the easiest way to encourage spam mail, I would really
like to not use a "mail to". I would prefer to use ASP's "CDOSYS" or
something similar.
