Some of the county sites are showing the yellow "help" text in the title bar, even when I'm not logged in. So far, Cowley, Crawford, and Clark counties sites are doing it, but I'll make a full list once I get through all the sites. Is it doing this for others too?

This happens when the users didn't use the LOGOUT button and just closed the browser window. This is not a big problem as most users won't be signing into the website except for admins.
