Do we train the users to change the 'Document title' before uploading documents to the document uploads page? If not they need to be trained to change the document title. This is critical because our Verity search engine shows the document title as the search result title for each document. So if the title is not changed, users will see irrelevant titles as search results even though the document as such is relevant.
This is an important step and it needs to be incorporated in our training modules too.

Yes, we do mention that in training, in the document uploads section. We should probably emphasize it more, and send a reminder out on our county admin listserv (which is countywebs@lists.oznet.ksu.edu).
